Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Many retailers in your order history ship same‑day Monday to Friday (e.g., Evri, Royal Mail, Yodel). Delivery speed depends on the shipping option selected:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express/Next‑Day Delivery: Available on selected items when ordered before cut‑off times.
  • Which couriers do you use?

Depending on the product, your order may ship via:

  • Evri
  • Yodel 
  • Amazon

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry. We do not currently.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking link or tracking number. Examples found:

  • “You will receive a separate email with tracking details shortly.”
  • “Below is a link to track the parcel with the courier.”
  • “Tracking available in app/portal.

My tracking number isn’t working?

It can take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

  2. Shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched, includes tracking code if applicable.

I didn’t get my confirmation email, what should I do?

  • Check spam/junk folders
  • Ensure their email was entered correctly
  • Contact your support team if still missing
